all in my mind

Since at least one member of my small-but-growing fanclub wanted updates on the German girl I met, here's the latest:

I just called Anna and she was all excited to hear from me. She had been sick, and then studying when I'd called before. She didn't get my message because she doesn't know how her voice mail works. (Really, she's not an airhead. Just technologically challenged, I guess.)

So all my worrying that she'd blown me off, hated me, thought I was annoying and smelly.... not surprisingly, this was all in my mind.

Now we're planning to meet up at a club tomorrow night, so all's well—that is, if it ends well.
