Here's a scary clip from a BBC documentary on child prodigies, showing a woman attempting to teach a toddler with rapid-fire flashcards. The whole thing is weird, with the woman showing the kid a bunch of cards with dots on them and saying how many there are (97, 82, 103... apparently trying to train him to be Rain Man), but especially at the end of the clip, when she flashes some dictators.
