god does not like finger to eye

Pat Robertson, evangelist extraordinaire, has a message for Dover, PA, in the wake of their ousting school board members who had supported teaching of intelligent design:

"I'd like to say to the good citizens of Dover: If there is a disaster in your area, don't turn to God, you just rejected Him from your city," Mr Robertson said on The 700 Club.

"God is tolerant and loving, but we can't keep sticking our finger in His eye forever," he added. (From BBC news.)

God could not be reached for a comment, but an angel who is close to the Supreme Diety told this reporter, "Though humans' fingers are puny, and God's eye is huge, if Dover keeps this up, don't be surprised if there an unusually high number of disasters there."
