Podcasting agricultural info in Peruvian Andes

Peruvian villages are now receiving podcasts, in their native languages, with important agricultural information such as how to raise cattle or grape growing tips.

A BBC article explains that while the targeted farmers aren't toting iPods to listen to the radio shows, the shows are distributed across the country by podcasts, then burned onto CDs to be played on local radio stations.
